On March 23, 2024, JSD organized a training course for employees to help them establish a more positive work and learning attitude, in order to make personal career development plans.

The leaders and external mentors, with their vivid cases, rich knowledge and exquisite theoretical explanations, have given the students a strong infection and deep theoretical guidance; Shared the joy of harvest and benefited greatly. After 2 days of training, I believe that each of us students has achieved a different outcome.

Through training and learning, broaden one's horizons, and be aware of the lack of knowledge and the gap in one's profession; Reflected on the shortcomings in previous work. At the same time, with new ideas, we will better apply them to our work in the future!
